Warranty
We offer a total money-back guarantee for all the services requested and performed on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, you can get your money-back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase. After the 7 days have elapsed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We ask you to check and try out the service during the first week after buying to make sure it fits your needs.
Reimbursement terms
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds have different processing times depending on how payment was made. Usually, a reimbursement takes between 2 and 10 days but can take up to 45 days with certain payment methods.
Cancellation policy
A customer can cancel a product with a recurring Direct Debit subscription at any time. Cancelling means that future payments are not charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a Direct Debit subscription does not trigger a refund – it will only stop future payments.
Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you have an excellent experience using our services, so if you have any questions or problems with your purchase, we would love to hear from you as soon as possible so that we can help you solve the issue. We try to respond to most queries through email within 24 hours during our business hours from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you require a refund for a purchase, please send us a refund request.
Keep in mind that we will permanently close the accounts that we have received charge returns.
Previous purchases will no longer be available to access in this case. Any Paypal.com / Stripe.com dispute will automatically disable your account until the dispute is resolved. If for some reason we can not publish an article for you on a minimum of 60 news websites, you will be entitled to a full refund. In this case, we can offer the option to redo the order, but you will always have the option of obtaining a full refund in this scenario if you prefer.
Reimbursements during the drafting process
When you place an order with us, we use your payment to pay our writers to work on your order. Therefore, if you change your mind for any reason during the writing process or revision of the article, we can only offer a 30% refund. In this case, you will continue to receive your article and may request amendments. The finished content will be yours to use as you wish.
Refunds during the publication process
Refunds requested during the publishing process will be denied. We can not stop a publication that is in process and we can not recover the publication costs of an article. Please be sure to check your article well before approving it for publication. We do everything possible to make sure that your item does not contain errors, but you should always check that: the article meets your requirements; the contact data of the company is correct; spelling and grammar are correct; keywords you have provided are present and that links work properly.
Paypal.com / Stripe.com refunds will be visible instantly in your Paypal.com / Stripe.com account once we have processed them. If you paid with your Paypal.com / Stripe.com balance, the funds should be available immediately after we process them.
If you paid with a card or by bank transfer, the funds are usually available after 5 business days but may take more depending on your bank. Refunds will always be sent to the Paypal.com / Stripe.com account, bank account or card that you used when making the payment. We can not process refunds to a different account.
